The quick search tool is best if you want to look for a single word. Simply type the word you're looking for in the quick search box in the menubar and hit return. If you type more than one word, the quick search performs an "or" search - that's computer programmer lingo that means every word you enter is treated as an individual search word. So if you enter "cat dog" your results will include every cat, every dog and even items that includes cats and dogs.
You'll find the quick search box in the right end of the menu bar.
